I have been behind the camera for over 15 years and have witnessed the power of photographs to tell stories that connect people.
Although I had formal training in the fundamentals of photography, most of what I know about pre and post-production was learned through mentorship and trial-and-error.
Somewhere along the way, I fell in love with portraiture. I think the human element is what makes it so captivating. I would have gone to art school, but I decided to become a doctor instead. I thought photography was a fun hobby, but I did not believe I could make a career out of it. So I went to medical school.
